xChk lets you authorize, hold for human approval, or refuse the consequential actions of AI agents operating under your license, and it records those decisions as tamper-evident evidence. You are responsible for the agents and actions you authorize and for keeping your account credentials secure.
If you enable SMS approvals, xChk sends transactional authorization requests to the mobile number you provide, so you can review and approve or deny your agents' consequential actions. You opt in by entering and verifying your mobile number in your account settings.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to deliver these notifications and confirm their delivery, and are not shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Authorization records are retained as tamper-evident evidence for audit and legal purposes. xChk does not guarantee that any control will prevent every agent action; the service's purpose includes making unauthorized or unrecorded actions detectable.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xChk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for messages delayed or not delivered by carriers.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
