• Deepfake detection and analysis
• AI coaching detection
• Identity verification and bait-and-switch prevention
• Network analysis and VPN detection
• Location masking detection
• Interview audit and transcription services

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent our fraud detection systems
• Use automated tools to access our services without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer our technology
• Use our services for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Maclawran LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Maclawran LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maclawran LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, Florida.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maclawran LLC regarding the use of our services.
